Calorie deficit - must be below your BMR Macro nutrients - Protein (animals and products from), Carbohydrates ( Basically stuff from the ground, vegetables, salad, pasta, cakes etc etc.  Fats like from animal fat, butter, coconut oil etc. Micro nutrients -  Essential vitamins and minerals.
